Filestore Recycling Bin
Now, administrators can restore those accidentally deleted files themselves. (If you really want to immediately delete a file contact support@www.threerings.org.uk).
New Filestore Icons
It is now possible to change the colour of folders and file icons in the Filestore: for example, you could make Training Folders and files green.
Eligibility Rules for Rotas
Rules to control which volunteers can be signed up to shifts on a given rota, based on their role.
Changeable Colour for Closed Shifts
Closed Shifts have always been displayed black. By popular request, this colour can now be changed via Admin > Themes.
Administrators warned of any Blocked Accounts
A new maintenance task warns administrators if any of their volunteers’ email address is known to be blocked so they can take appropriate action.
Option to exclude Closed shifts from Number of Shifts/Hours report
The Number of Shifts report previously included Closed shifts but, sometimes, you don’t want them included: so now you have the option available.
Shift History Enhancements
Comments and Closures added to Shift History (though note that when either is deleted, they disappear as if they never existed at all!).
Shift Reminders suppressed for Closed shifts.
Reminders are no longer sent for shifts that have been closed – but they will be sent (probably late) if the shift is re-opened again.
Weekdays added to Stats > Shift Closures report
Weekdays have been added to the Shift Closures report to make it easier to identify which shifts get closed more often.
Changes to Stats > Inactivities Report
This report formerly showed inactivities for the next 12 weeks; you can now specify the date range for the report.
A description of where you are added to the Admin Panel to ease navigation
‘Breadcrumbs’ now appear when you are on the Admin pages allowing for easier navigation back and forth throughout various pages.
Card payment for Invoices
You can now settle your Three Rings invoices by card payment. See Admin > Invoicing. Quicker and simpler than cheques or bank transfers!

Notable Bugfixes
- Some causes of AutoPopulator failure fixed.
- Drag-and-drop re-ordering of roles was very slow and so not very reliable. We have made it much faster so it is easier to use.
- Stats > Account Information to CSV or Excel files failed if there was a volunteer without an Account.
- Auto-archiving of News Items is now logged.
- Volunteer’s full name (if available) is shown in the printable welcome page rather than volunteer number.
